Ok, changed up the circuit to work with the motherboard.
Using 3v to power the circuit instead of 9v. Not using the 100k resitor, it's only there for protection. Also for som reason I don't need both contacts for it to work, all is needed is the BASE connection. Instead of the 470ohm resistor im using a 1Kohm resistor.
