Hello. I am new here and am a very computer-challenged person. I don't like changes much but try to deal with them the best I can. I don't know if this is proper computer-forum-etiquette or not, but I would like to find out information about a website I used to go to when I was having problems with my Mac. They were always so prompt and helpful. It was called MacOSG. I can't seem to find it anymore. I keep getting sent to a Time-Warner page. Did this site change to another? Does anyone know anything about this site? Thanks for any help you can give.
Those kinds of support groups have died almost entirely. The closest that you'll come to one nowadays is the Apple community support page and places like this one--if you have a question, ask here and someone will respond sooner or later!
Welcome, by the way!

Good--and ask away. Jim in particular is really helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of us . . . eh!
You do have your moments though, I've trained you well.
Seriously though Linda, everybody helps out around here. We're a small bunch that has been together for years, and have varied interests and uses for a variety of apps. There are a lot of experienced Mac users here.
