While disagreements arise even between the best of friends, it gets worked out one way or another, even if it's taking a long-overdue break from time to time.
What I find objectionable is the singling out of a member (...usually some newbie that makes a mis-step early on...) who soon becomes the snark-magnet for another member. _____________________

Yeah, I "get-it" OK? bickering & good-natured ribbing, and even the occasional "bench-emptying brawl" from time to time is normal even in the best of "families" but to sanction this practice of constantly picking at and deriding the same member day in and day out by calling it "normal" doesn't say a hellovalot for a forum hoping to attract new members.
____________________ Witnessing other members being drawn-in to 'back a play' makes a horrible situation that much more difficult to watch.
edit 2 add If, as y'all say 'this is normal for this forum'... ...may I sugest a head-count is in order... perhaps "normal" isn't necessarily working out. just sayin'
