Orange Peko is very close in character to the Assam Tea and Earl Grey is also Black Tea, flavored with Bergamot, which has a distinct citrus note.
Think of that with the most luscious RED ROSE you've ever smelt (British for "Smelled" ) the kind you can almost taste...then taste it... ...and you have my Orange Rose Black Iced Tea. ...then sweeten it with Orange Blossum Honey.
~ BY THE GALLON! ~
A Pound of Tea yields a LOT of Iced Tea.
I make the same by-the-gallon sized tea bags for Ted.. but his preference is Black SPEARMINT Tea.
