Ayup… Starting to find what looks like Hercules beetles (I'm no entomologist, so I can't be sure) inside. Mostly inside the kitchen ceiling lighting panels. A sign that Spring be a-comin'.

Ayup!
I get scarab beetles (and others) in my pool. Just took one out Sunday and showed my brother. He was fairly excited that it was a scarab. Looks like this...

OMG!!!! shocked

And here I am complaining about all the stink bugs crawling on the outside of my windows driving my already crazy cat even crazier.
I actually saw one fly off early this morning. I didn't know they fly!
Going to the store to get me a couple cans of Raid. I am going to spray the screens. Those things gave me the heebie jeebies. mad

Yep, that's the one! I didn't realize they're stink bugs. They get all over the outsides of my screens at times, but neither of my cats are interested in them.

ICKIE POO! tongue

First one I ever saw was in my bed! sick

Unlike our Native Species These are an Invasive Species from Asia.
They're attracted to Light Colored Houses where they try to stay warm
on our cold winter days...and to that end... seek entrance via any crevice
& seam beneath the shingles and air conditioners to gain entrance into your
home, where they generally hunker-down awaiting Spring to become active again,
when you may notice them trying to get out again. smirk GOOD RIDDANCE!

Probably would't be good for the cats though, better watch out.

...also, RAID is a Contact poison
(gotta' be sprayed directly on an insect)
Once dried, it does nothing to REPEL Insects.
