Yup. Adjusting the clocks — and rolling the dice by hanging up the snow shovel and windshield scraper, taking the cat litter out of the car, putting away the arctic parka and Merrell boots. Long range forecast is mild-ish and snowless, so in a week or two I will change over my closet and dresser. All the while, keeping fingers X'd.
Well, I look at it as a brain game of sorts. Y'know, can I remember all the clocks that have to be manually reset?
Lemme see, there's the analog wall clock, the microwave, and two coffee makers in the kitchen. The bedside alarm clock upstairs. The clock in the car. The mantelpiece clock in the living room. And the biggest PIA is my watch. It's a Tag dive watch (yeah, like I've ever in my life had a tank slung on my back — not), so the stem has to be cranked down really hard, which makes it a fingernail shredder to work!
OK, I've brought the whine. Someone else can bring the bread and cheese.
