Twice in a year, I had my debit card refused at my local banks ATM. Another time, I got the wrong amount of funds from it. Each time I went in to check it out where I received first class service. The first time my card was refused the teller, said that there was a charge at a target store in New York and that they didn't think that could be mine. Another time it was a large amount in Florida. Same deal
When I went in to check on the funds given me, they credited my account right there.
Yep. Nice to have a local bank.
If we don't count our blessings We are just wasting our time
You don't need to read a map. Siri gives you spoken turn-by-turn directions. You don't ever have to look at the screen if you don't want to.
As for banking in meatspace, that's fine if the branch is nearby and the staff has half a brain. My nearest branch is more than 3 miles away and the employees are either morons or rude or both. And the drive-thru is like molasses uphill in December. If I don't have to go there, I'm happy.
