Yeah I think that was an assault ..ON camera !! Dumbazz !! But then there are few leaders in the GOTP that aren't! I just look at Louie G as the Poster boy ! This clown isn't much better...
Another question... WTF happened to the GOP defense of the Constitution ... er Freedom of the Press ?? Did this fool think of that?? Oh I know ...only applies when it favors THEM !! Got that decades ago !!
I've had a few very loose associations with various "families". My X and her mother were very close friends with this unlucky schmuck and his wife and kids. Not only was he informing, he was also skimming from the nightclub (The Ebb Tide) along Revere Beach Blvd. that he managed for the mob. And my trumpet teacher in my yout' had a dance orchestra that was the house band for the Ebb Tide. We visited his widow, Sandy a few times during trips to Revere Beach.
A neighbor and golf partner of mine in Nashua, NH during the early-mid 70s is the grand nephew of this guy.
And the owner/driver of a car service in Newark, NJ that was the primary go-to for our agency whenever we had to fly there for AT&T meetings was reputed to have been a Gambino family soldier back in the day. I was never sure of the veracity of that rumor 'til during one trip from the airport, Giuseppe and I were listening to some Gotti trial coverage over the radio, and he turned to me and said, "I used to be in that life. I wasn't a very nice guy back then." I almost crapped my pants right there in the back seat of that limo!
