I almost never shop at Target — online or meatspace. But at the beginning of the month, on the way home from the AT&T store we stopped at the local Target to look for a case for the iPhone I had just gotten my daughter. Before then, I hadn't shopped at Target in more than a year.
But timing is everything — and not always in a good way. This AM I got a notice from my bank telling me that because my debit card had been used at Target at the time of the hack, they are sending me a new card and will nuke the current plastic as soon as I activate the replacement. PIA!
Oh well, at least the bank is being proactive, and ever since the Adobe breach, I store no card #s on any website, so I won't have to update a bazillion retail sites.
