Yes.. a lot of the ACA did come from the Heritage Foundation. The GOPs issue is that they claim they may have accepted the ACA with some changes that they would have liked to have implemented or even discussed... but they were never given the chance because Commiebama and his cronies crammed it down their gullets without even asking them what they wanted.

Classic case of "Be careful what you ask for." These ultra-conservative groups and the Tea Party helped the Repugs take the House in '10 — and put the gavel in Boneher's hands. So John thought that was good. But they've set fire to the House and have been hitting him upside the head with that gavel. Now, not so good.
Oh boo-boo. Poor widdle Johnnie.
Sorry, Tan Man. You could have shown some spine and pushed back on these tantrum-prone extremists from day one. But you didn't. And if the right holds the House after '14, what kind of whack job will become the new Screecher?
So let's hope the Dems can pull a Genie out of the bottle and retake the House. More important, since the TP so hates gov't., may if they all get fired, they'll be happier. In which case, give 'em 26 weeks of UI with no emergency extensions. Suck it up, shˇtheads.

Too little backbone (balls) too late? Maybe they've finally realized that they were going to lose big if they continued to kowtow to the lunatic fringe.
