And no heat at work. You remember the little brother in Christmas Story that's so bundled up he can't bend his arms or legs? That's me. Plus a blanket. Sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours. Can't feel my feet, can't feel my hands.
I've been trapped in situations like you've described (Freezing Garages and such when I used to accompany my father to his second job and do homework while waiting for time to pass) Bad enough working outdoors... but sitting where you can't move around to keep your blood pumping SUX BIG-TIME!
If you can change Your DESK TOP IMAGES... DRAG THESE TO YOUR DESKTOP IMAGE FOLDER:
Sounds a bit silly... but it really DOES work.
OK, What you see there are images sent to me by Our Absentee Member... He works Propagating Grape Vines for those fine Australian Wines.
Every few years, they renew vines by bulldozing the old vines and the stakes & wires upon which they grow into huge piles at the ends of the rows and set them ablaze to prevent fungal diseases from spreading to the newly planted vines.
If you look closely, you can see the red-hot wires glowing before they fuse into blobs of molten metal.
