Hey! Somebody wants us to buy their DVD ripping software up there in the Apple World subdivision.
I can't even imagine the effort these poor suckers moderators do, to keep our city forums free. Relentless… Persevering… Majestic… Fighting Spam, wherever it may hide.
Respect.
They get them. It may take time, but they get them. One kitchen at a time…
We've asked, countless times, for the amount of forums to be cut down to 4 or 5 at the most. We've even volunteered to move threads into different forums so they don't simply vanish. But no-go.
I've long-since given up trying to police the spam in forums that I don't visit (which is pretty much all but the lounge and software forums (occasional stops in others, but it's quite rare).
I don't mind helping out, but if it's going to be made more difficult than it has to be for no good reason, I'm not putting in a whole lot of effort.
The kitchen spam is a mind-boggler, no doubt. I mean, what makes this place so attractive to a spammer selling kitchen supplies and remodeling?

Someone suggested, and now I've been thinking about it, that it's no accident that the kitchens are all from the UK. Not pad as the culprit, but someone who makes implements to open locks. It sound like tinfoil territory, but what the heck.
