As far as dates go:

02/03/04
03/04/05
04/05/06
05/06/07
06/07/08

08/09/10
09/10/11
10/11/12
11/12/13
12/13/14

After that, it will not be until 01/02/2103.

I would say to her, or him, that the odds are the same as for it to sum to any other number like $82.57. Which, if it did, she wouldn't have thought anything about it.

It's just a number

That's my thinking.

Dave.

Okay Mr Math. wink So I went to the grocery tonight, below is my receipt. What are the chances of you mentioning an $80.00 checkout total, me reading about it, and getting the same amount the same day.

Our magnetic fields have melded for a brief moment.

Wow.

I can say it backwards.

Yes, in Japan, as in many places I expect. It is reversed, to be read in descending order, which makes more sense if you think about it. 13/11/12 or since they still use the reigning emperor's years in "office" for many official documents, it would be 25/11/12

Not really. If I ask you exactly what day is it, wouldn't one say "November 12th 2013?" rather than "2013 November 12th". Maybe it all depends on the locale.

I've never really understood the reasoning behind 13/11/12 vs 11/12/13. I've also lost no sleep over it though. grin

In the U.S.A., at 10PM a message runs across the bottom of your TV, "It's 10PM, do you know where your children are?"

In France, the message is, "It's 10PM, do you know where your wife is?"

In Poland, the message is, "It's 10PM, do you know what time it is?"
