Yes too many very short sighted.
BUT I don't think the GOTP will nominate him... too moderate and not wacko (Cruz -Paul) enough ! grin
Plus he embraced BO after Sandy ! (Big TP Sin)
I really believe the GOTP will nominate someone much more radical than McCain or Romney next time. They lost twice with "old school moderates" (in their eyes only). IF the House goes back Dem in 2014, they'll really be incensed !!

Praying for a Cruz/Bachmann ticket !! grin

.

I recall that Rachel Maddow has never been a Hillary Clinton fan.

David,

Google

CGI-Federal Michelle Obama

Interesting reading will follow.

May mean nothing.

Looks fishy in a way.

Maybe not.

It was very memorable... as the entire hospital staff
consisted solely of the over-nite skeleton crew who'd
been trapped in the Hospital with us .. for TWO DAYS!
(NO FOOD OR LINEN DELIVERIES, NO Fresh Produce and
NO HOT MEALS) ((having a banana At Every Meal was
essential to my diet as a Rx because I required a
steady diet of potassium, but couldn't tolerate it orally
or by injection)) ooooooooo... ickie... sick ...
hundreds of very sick peeps wallowing in dirty sheets
and hospital gowns... being served Cold Cereal (sans
Bananas =p ) and Tuna Fish Sandwiches.

Why do I bring this up?

Well, we had NOTHING (not even therapy) to do for 2 days
but to Stare At the TV watching images of MAYOR BOOKER
Literally Shoveling Snow for his elderly neighbors...
...while NJ Governor Chris Cristie (and family) were
living-it-up @ Disney World, FLORIDA...
...uncomfortably reminiscent of the images of GDUBYA
during "Katrina"

...anyway... it was a Herculean feat to clear that much
snow from a densely populated inner-city like Newark...
but once the Emergency Vehicles got dug out everything
eventually came back on line (much to the "RELIEF" of
of the over-worked hospital staff...)

...but like I said... Not Something I'll Soon Forget. smirk

Ah....Yes....
"The HUG SEEN 'ROUND The WORLD"

Christie has had his "Eyes On the Prize" all along!

After that snow storm (see spoiler) he knew it was
slipping from his grasp since he was painfully
aware of what it did to Bush's Approval Rating...

As much as it pains me to be so cynical......

"Super-Storm Sandy" was a Lucky Break for Christie
(or as we say in 'Jersey... "He Stepped In Shyte!")
It gave him the (Photo-)OPportunity to vindicate himself
by Pulling Another Chris Christie OVER-THE-TOP SHOW
((We're used to his Showmanship here ))

Obama showing up (right on cue) was a BONUS...
...that he was savvy enough to recognize how the
MEDIA Hyped It...and just Quik Enough to see what
APPEARING To Be Seen As BI-PARTISAN could
Potentially DO FOR HIS RUN IN 2016 <----------> laugh

Likewise... I reckon the GOP recognize how the TP
has been pulling them down, and their time is up.
The only function they have left to serve is to
BE SO GD EXTREME That Most Right-Wingers, Some
of the "Undecided"(fence-sitters), and enough of the
Same Haters that Hated a Black PotUS will also vote
against ANY WOMAN, will Jump Straight Into the ARMS
of The NEW MODERATE 2X Governor Chris Christie.

. . . .
. . . .It don't take Carnac to see it comin'. frown

So... according to some people... this company donated $1,000 and the Obamas slipped them a $94,000,000,000 contract as a Thank You note.
