Caught up with it today because Showtime did a mini marathon. Pretty good so far. A lot of soft porn but it's done in good taste. How Masters first started his research and how he first got interested in it is very interesting. Especially all the characters back stories.

Yes. I remember seeing their book Human Sexual Response when I was teenager at the local library. The book was in the "reproductive & sex" section. From what I can remember, the book had these black & white pictures & drawings. I was with my best friend at the time. We were like, ewwwwwwwwww.
Despite I might turn folks off, I like it. It's pleasant with most characters like able .which is a change from the show that precedes it. Masters even showed his human side this last episode.
And excluding the first episode when I checked these guys out to find in real life they set up their own institute and married each other, I'm not concerned with the historical part. Just treating it as fiction.
Oh, I forgot. There is one distasteful character. Johnson's ex husband is a lout.
