I no longer see that iCal @ icloud.com nor on my iPhone 4 with iOS 7 syncs my subscribed calendars and I don't see an option to enable it. I can only see my subscribed calendars on my desktop iCal App. That kinda sucks!

Well, they don't call it iCal anymore, just Calendar and my subscribed calendars are all showing on my iPad, iPhone and iMac.

Are you signed into iCloud on all devices?

Click on it and this will be brought up. Uncheck/check which ones you want to show:

Yes, I'm signed in on all devices. The calendars that I created are all syncing, but not the subscribed calendars.
