What made the above impromptu "News" Release come un-done was asking an intelligent question that immediately cut through the BS and left the Talking-Points Puppet at a total loss for words.
If there were a way to cut-through the "Heartland's" FOX TWENTYFOUR/SEVEN DISINFORMATION NETWORK with a healthy dose of FACT-CHECKING it would be like Turning On the Light For A Scared Kid to Prove That There's Really NO MONSTER HIDING IN THE DARK. (The LAST Thing that Ron/Rand Paul/Eric Canter want.)
It's long-since occurred to me that President Obama doesn't feel obligated to explain every detail of everything he does because he gives us more credit for the ability to figure stuff out than we deserve.
He's long since realized that no matter what he says or does, they're going to distort it beyond all reason, ...so rather than play their game of "Whack-A-Mole" he simply moves forward to the next task-at-hand, assuming we're smart enough to figure out their game.
...although I must admit that Gary's Charts Help A Good Deal!
Heard Ran Paul on Meet the Press and he said they'd been offering CLEAN CR all week. When pressed he slipped that they were individual bills and not the whole enchilada. When called on this he said they were the same thing !! He really could NOT justify it.
2 + 2 = 5 (because I say so!)
In the round table one Dem from the Senate pointed out they'd offered 17 attempts at conciliation & conference and the House was NOT interested. (cause they wanted to kill Obamacare)... but they ignore that.
