Very leading poll. It shows that people are quick to blame Obama for whatever they are asked. But I think it shows a lot of people were thoughtful enough to not know who to blame - a whopping 44 percent - and it certainly isn't all Bush's (or Obama's) fault. The only acceptable answer of those three choices as far as I can see is the choice most people chose.

Surely 100% of the people of NOLA, who were on the ground and have good reason to have paid attention, should know that Obama was a brand new star in the Senate firmament at the time and could have absolutely no influence on how FEMA responded!

Checked, and you're right - he was a "newbie" but even if he had 30 years, 1 Senator from a different state can't do a whole lot ! It's FEMAs and the POTUS's job, not Congress. All they can do is pass special funding if it's needed, & even then they need the House vote to seal the deal.
Just shows you many voters are NOT paying attention ! (or have short [or NO] memories!)

Then again...
...As far as I'm concerned... ...the British Petroleum/Haleburten BS that bunged-up the Gulf of Mexico & States still hasn't been resolved in any meaningful way.
There was a barrel of SHRIMP to be eaten @ RED LOBSTER that EVEN I won't touch even on their All~You~Can~Eat~Menu
...then there's THE KEYSTONE PIPELINE... and it's Potential of Eco & Economic Damage throughout America's Heartland AND Our Aquifer WHEN It Ruptures...
...and all to make a buncharichpricks richer? -wtf
needless to say I will never trust 'Nukulier' Power
...but instead... The TP just spent wasted the best part of 2 terms of a President willing to work with scientists & educators (and doctors) to the benefit of ...er...EVERYBODY...? ...yet we're still bogged down...no... GOING BACKWARD! in every sense of the word
I CAN'T STAND THIS ANYMORE WTH is "The Occupy Movement" when you need it?
I can't speak for anyone else but I don't "BLAME" him for much (of being bogged down) He's caught between a rock and a hard place and doing the best he can to stay balanced, focused and moving forward in spite of all the hobbles and hurdles.
I think what bothers me the most on a gut level is watching him age practically before my eyes.

In the context of this thread, which at least started being about the ignorance of residents of LA who don't know that Obama could not possibly have been responsible for the gross incompetence of FEMA after Katrina, I am not at all sure what this question of yours means.
