I periodically switch back and forth btwn my wired extended Apple keyboard (endangered species), and my Logitech K750 wireless keyboard. I prefer the feel and action of the latter. But it doesn't have a caps lock indicator, and for a klutz like me, I don't notice it 'til I've typed a whole sentence in upper case.
So just for giggles, I did a search and found a Growl-activated app call Capster. $1.99 on the App Store, and it puts a graphic indicator in the menu bar. Me likey!
And no, I don't miss the USB ports on the ends of the Apple keyboard, because I've got three on the Thunderbolt Display, plus the one on the Mini that would otherwise hold the keyboard cord.
