I used to love listening/watching his shows. The last several episodes of TWiT frustrated the hell out of me in the parts where Leo was speaking because he was either dead wrong or clueless on everything he said. And the MacBreak Weekly shows are painful to listen to—filled with bad advice and press-release commentary. And the speed-babbling of Andy Ihnatko is enough to make me stick a pencil in my ear.
It's almost like the old guard lost touch with the industry because they were too busy building up the empire.
On the other hand, Tech News Today (another TWiT podcast) has fresh discussion and ideas by people more in touch with reality. And they appear to actually have first-hand experience with the things they're talking about.
