In SE ks the hedge hog saw his shadow, so more bad weather, but this year s much like last winter. Rather mild. Only one 2 inch snow and little other moisture. So the six weeks of similar weather won't be bad.
But it is the first of Feb still and there is lots of winter left.

It was overcast here so the ground hog did not see his shadow, early spring....the official national ground hog did not see his shadow either, so generally an early spring nationwide
