Damn. Hope he turns up okay, they do land on their feet. Look under bushes and in corners etc, when they get injured they tend to hide to recuperate. Let us know.

Give it a day. When something scares them or if they're hurt or don't feel great, they hide under something. It's not like he's gonna freeze overnight in your 'hood.
I found him under the building and still does not come out and there is no way to get at him.
The only option left is a hook like for swimming pools drownings which I do not have at home.
One word, tuna.
Glad you found him. Like Dave said, he may just be freaked out, especially if he's not used to the outside. At 15 cataracts are a good possibility so he may be having some trouble seeing from dark into light, a lot of glare. Maybe when it starts getting darker it will be easier for him to recognize you.
