Yah, right. The Sulzbergers — a mega-liberal family — are the dominant shareholders in the NYTimes. There's as much chance of them selling anything to Trump as there is of Trump saying something intelligent. smirk

Woke in middle of night and saw Donald Trump! A vision.

Did a Google search. I didn't imagine that snip of rumor news. Here is one:

Donald could save paper rag -- ha

Quote:
NEW YORK (CNNMoney)
Outspoken New York real estate mogul Donald Trump has been holding meetings about possibly buying the New York Times Co., according to a report in New York Magazine.

Shares of the New York Times (NYT) were slightly lower in early trading, suggesting that investors were not taking the report all that seriously. Even the New York Magazine piece describes a purchase as "improbable."

He sure can figure ways to get his name in the news!

I thought interesting that they put the pictures of those being held in the county jails. In our little paper they just put the names with what their charged.

..

Dayton Daly is obviously a paper with a singular purpose:

To report on the daily dilly-dallying of Dayton residents. Typos just make it more interesting.

Simple!

Here the local newspaper has headlines like this: "LOCAL MAN related to person who has a cousin whose friend is neighbors with someone at Davos."
