First time I have watched the whole Golden Globes show in many, many years. I saw so many of the movies, which appeared to have been political in nature. Imagine that!
It was a fantastic show. Oscars will have to really go some to beat this presentation tonight. Great co-hostesses, funny as heck, great tribute to Jody Foster. Really most enjoyable show.
I've read some stuff about the Golden Globes awards not being very meaningful. I guess Lincoln still looks like a shoe in for the Oscar.
One guy said that sucking up to the Golden Globes judges the most is what got you a win with them. Well, seems I've read similar things about campaigns to win Oscars like that also!
Who knows. First time I've ever seen many of the films up for awards has made this more interesting and fun for me. I use to not even know very many of the stars in Hollywood anymore.
