Decided to splurge on myself with an upgrade that has more to do with cool than performance. Linky.
Just ordered it from the Apple Store (same $ but free shipping, and not available on Amazon). The only downside is no USB ports, but I have three on the back of the Thunderbolt display, and I don't use them very often anyway. Aesthetically, it's a perfect match because everything on my desk surface is either black or brushed aluminum.

Very nice.
For me though I don't care for black keyboards as its hard for me to see in dim light, even with back lite keys. Those years when Macs came with black keyboards I quickly got a new one. Like I did with thse hockey puck mice.

Yeah, it's Cinco de Chanukah. But we're saving most of the goodies for Xmas morning. Or is that Holiday morning. Oh, I'm sooooo politically confuuuuuuused.

And here 'tis! A little different than the Apple keyboard and a few extra function keys — but the feel and the action are superb! Never had a more responsive and smooth action and feel. Wow!
