Always one to look for credibility in movies and such it is interesting to me to see how movie makers miss estimate the mass of gold .
A ton of gold is contained in only a cube 14.3 inhes or so. That's not very large.
Think of the movie Three Kings where Mark Wahlburg carries off two huge suitcases full of gold. One in each hand. In actuality he would be hard pressed to put even one suitcase full in a small pickup bed.
Which brings us to another of his films, the Itailian Job where thee scoot around the city in mini coopers each carrying about two ton of gold.
Or the old cowboy films with outlaws carrying off a strong box full of gold on a horse.
Gold weighs about 19 times more than water.
If we don't count our blessings We are just wasting our time
