After some shilly-shallying, I just bought myself a trackpad for my iMac. Loving it. The mouse was killing my wrist. This is just so much easier to use.

It is a pleasure to use and your wrist will be more comfortable with it.I have severe Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and I could never use a mouse with this.Now I can.
