Actually, it was pretty neutral as far as politics go. And Rove stating that we'll never get the loaned money back is just plain lying. Chrysler has repaid their loans, with interest, and GM is repaying right on schedule. Of course, the right would have just loved a total collapse of manufacturing in the US. They could have blamed it on the evil unions.

Well many see it both ways because Clint is a conservative, but I'm sure he was paid to say the lines- nothing else ... and Chrysler sure has one man to thank for the help.. and it's not any on the GOP stage.
so yea, no one can claim certainty, but why would they favor the GOP when most the conservatives said "Let em Die!".
Chrysler has paid back only 90% of the loan. The other 10% was forgiven as a part of the bankruptcy restructuring. We will never get that 10% back. So everyone is telling the truth - they've paid back everything they owe - we'll never get back everything they were loaned... isn't politics fun!!

Well, saving an entire industry and so many industries that feed it and all the jobs that come with it... that's fun! This story deserves to be in the No Spin Zone.
