It is what it is, after all, being a designer. Don't click the pic!!! Yeah, I think I once got to the Lead Designer stage, until hopping on the freelance branch. Lack o' bennies aside, I much prefer the latter. Of my experiences among the former, one long term gig (or almost 10 of it's 12 years) was awesome � because in that case, The Man was also The Mensch. But then a former Bain exec came on board as co-CEO, trashed the agency culture, pushed out the founder and other two principals, and eventually sold the company to Publici. _________________________ creat!ve Juice � Get Squeezed!
