. I didn't take pics today but here are some from 2010.
Driving on top of burried trash looking across a lined covered "pod" of trash. It is churning up gas which goes to someplace on the property to make electricity.
Soon they'll put topsoil over it and plant grass. On side of road is gravel, cement chunks, and other stuff. Roads are under paved with slag from the steel mill in Mac that makes rebar. Gravel goes on top of that.

Today it was even more visible and beautiful.
Pipes carry all that methane type gas down to a holding pond where it is processed into electricity. Not sure how all that works.
