Surprised no one posted this yesterday, so here 'tiz.
At least McCain had the decency to refute a similar remark.
You can almost excuse the misinformed for making idiots of themselves. But there's no excuse for an elected official (former or present) — and especially one seeking the highest elected office in the country — for giving such screed a pass, let alone helping to perpetuate it!
Santorum is not just extreme and crazy. He's a total sack of sh!t.
