That means Newt Romney is favored to win it all !!
VERY interesting Mac007.... doesn't look good for the Tea Party / Wall Street candidates. Maybe they'll finally realize you can have all the $ backing in the world but if your message sucks rotten eggs, you can't even win the dogcatchers race !!
Nah,... it'll never happen !! i.e. when elephants fly !!
AFAIK — remember, I lived in Boston during his guvship — what he is NOT, that the majority of the other GOP candidates are, is bash!t crazy or deliberately mean-spirited or both. If, gawd f'bid, he were elected, I believe he would park his ass squarely in the middle and not be a Gingrinch war-monger/child abuser, nor a Paul isolationist/racist, not a Perry/Bachman/Santorum evangelical anti-gay/anti-women's rights nut job. He is the only one in the current bunch that might cause me to pause for half a heartbeat before I hammer the re-elect button.
That might be true Steve, but he had a Dem Legislature in Mass. and no TPers barking at his heels. Would he still be in the middle or take his weather vane mentality and swing with the strong prevailing right wing winds that put him there??
I DON'T know the answer - I'm just proposing the question. Personally- I don't trust the some-beach !!
And there you have it, Romney has jumped ahead in several polls in Iowa. I think in Gingrinch's case, he just out-organized the Nootcase. And I think Paul's "I didn't write that" newsletter fiasco is biting him on the ass. Yet the same polls show big gains for Sanitorium — which means peeps on the right still want anyone but Romney. Pass the popcorn please.
