iMacsoontobe Where's the RAM? Registered: 01/10/08 Posts: 218 Loc: The Burgh	Well, my brother got my parents an iPad for Christmas, yeah lucky them!! So is it possible to see pictures on there Macbook with the iPad? I have photo sharing on in iPhoto on the Macbook Pro and file sharing selected in syst prefs on the Macbook pro. I launch the "photo" app on ipad it doesn't see the library?

starmillway Oregon Registered: 02/04/08 Posts: 1856 Loc: McMinnville, Oregon	. Found this at macrumors. It is for sync-ing [actually copying to iPad] using iTunes telling it which direction to sync. In iPad's page in iTunes go to the Photos tab near the top of the iTunes window. Then check the "Sync photos" box and tell it what to sync. Also, the iPad may not be a good backup for your photos. There is no easy way to get the full resolution photos back off of it. _________________________

John Rougeux Here? Registered: 11/06/08 Posts: 5031	I'm assuming that the MacBook (and pro...same machine?) is theirs and in the same location? Kate's suggestion should work, but it isn't streaming, meaning that it puts the pictures on the iPad. While this method is ok, it's the only method currently available. iCloud would use too much space I found out.
