For the past week or two, I have been spammed by bots on iChat/AIM. Usually it's a girl's name but say stupid things. They keep popping up about once or twice a day.
I get them on my iPad. Haven't logged kin iMac but is there a way to block names?
Go into iChat prefs, click the Accounts icon at the top. Select your account from the list on the left if it isn't already. Now click the Security tab. You'll see a Privacy level section, where you can block specific people, or only allow people in your Buddy list, etc.
