You need Snow Leopard to watch the Keynote, (( It does say that in the Requirements)
Come on buddy I have been ranting about this for a long time now
Come on buddy, I know what the specs say, but did you even try it? Like I said above, it plays in Leopard. I also just tried it in 10.4.11 on a G4 mini with Safari 3 and QT 7.5.5, it plays there too.
You're wrong about this one. No strong arming by Apple, just your strong head, and refusing to even click and try it.
Today isn't the day, and neither is tomorrow, or even early next week.
Apple just asked developers for their Lion-updated apps earlier this week. They're going to give them a week or more to get them submitted, review/approve them, and get them set up on the MAS.
Late next week, or possibly the last week of July is a lot more likely.

MacGizmo, I hate to admit you are probably right. Probably the last week of July. We're all waiting and wanting.

I didn't know about that.

I think you're right, it'll be on Monday August 1[—this is a prediction—]; beginning of the week [#31], beginning of the month, perfectly rounded out date… and, "i can feel it in my bones"…
