Granted the UK wants to make contact with the opposition leaders. However I don't think Libya is giving out any kind of VISA's to anyone to begin with, let alone people who wants to make contact with his opposition leaders kinda common sense right.
Well in Libya British subjects need a passport and a visa... yet these SAS persons just went bounding in as though they owned the place. No wonder they were the arrested... it's only because there's a civil war going on they weren't prosecuted for illegal immigration - not to mention insurrection.
