Just my thoughts.
What comes first is Tim Cook. He had the reins twice already. However Cook is NOT a visionary. Cook is a great COO, but since Apple has a 2 year path, all Cook needs to do is get Apple there. What happens after that ? ?
Apple needs a visionary.
That would either be hardware or software, current senior VP's. My bet would be hardware VP, even if he is from Britain
Ive misses his country and wants his children to go to school there.Ive is a brilliant designer and if he goes it will be pretty hard to replace him.He is dedicated to Apple almost I think 18 years.
He is in some kind of contract with Apple and the company will not let him relinquish his binding contract I heard this on some website. They will not let him work from England.

No he said "the company will not let him relinquish" his contract and I was just saying that they can't stop him - so really if you think the point is obvious you're criticism is directed at him.
