Reboot, I think Papa meant that as a tongue in cheek kind of thing to relieve tension, since you seem so uptight about this. I actually took your comment on this thread as little hostile myself also, as if you take this really personal.
Your side to this story is one side and just one side and there's probably as many sides to this as there are parties involved. Each is right in their own way and from that POV. And even harder to figure things out here in cyberspace than it is in meatspace.
As per the forum issue itself, I won't say much anymore, as I think it's been beaten to death and then kicked a few times. I believe most actually consider to be just caught in the middle of it all and in between a few individuals in the first place.
"If it turns out that President Barack Obama can make a deal with the most intransigent, hard-line, unreasonable, totalitarian mullahs in the world but not with Republicans? Maybe he’s not the problem."
I think Mike had a lot of nerve mentioning it here, with a veiled excuse.
Sorry Reboot as we say in the south “That dog won’t hunt” John and I both have met and spent time with Mike and you are so off the mark with your paranoia remarks of veiled meanings, peoples migrations and hissy fits. He came with an invite ....end of story. Stirring the pot is not in his nature however you seem to be the one standing at the stove. John has now asked for us all to take a deep breath and relax....and I respect John, however this cat is out of the bag, if you go back and take a good look at "your" posts and how your mind seems to be the one focused on not letting "dead dogs lie" I so agree with papa and his "tongue in cheek" recommendations. Made me I get by with a little help from my friends..and Mike is a friend and not to comment on what I see as paranoia statements on your part would not make me a very good friend. There is a big difference in the definitions of mod and mind-reader, but I will assume you already knew that.
Strange days indeed most peculiar Mama
