Interesting, as I've noticed most apps on Android that were previously pay, or feature limited for the free versions are migrating over to being free/ad supported. I suppose the developers are simply making more money on the free versions and aren't bothering with pay versions because they don't make money on them.
Which begs the question, with ads in iOS now can we expect the same on the iPhone/iPad?

Jobs was right when he mentioned that was one of the directions they were heading in. The Droid shows that, in fact Jobs already said they had 50 million worth of ad reservations so to speak.
