I can't get an answer out of my contacts, but I highly doubt you'll see Photoshop or any other Adobe App (except Flash Player and possibly Elements), or Microsoft. The larger the company, the less likely they are to give up 30% of the sale to Apple when they don't have to.
I'm excited to see all the new smaller apps that get publicized due to this store. Until now, MacUpdate is the only place I can keep up with new apps - except when MacHeist is going on. Actually, MacHeist has introduced me to more new apps in the last two years than any other site.
