I hope they try -- IMO they have backed themselves into a corner :
Option #1 They repeal or defund the law and: (1) throw 45 million off coverage (2) 23-26 yr old college kids OFF their parents Insurance. (3) deny coverage for children with pre-exisating conditions. (4) allow Insurance companies to hike fees endlessly...
SURE GO AHEAD AZZWipes ! See how that plays in 2012.
Option #2 They don't repeal the law and: (1) the GOP base (2) all the right wing talk shows and (3) the Tea baggers shellac them and adios to their vote next time.
I really think they may have screwed themselves hyping it so much !
The problem with either option is that the reps don't control both houses. So the reps in the House pass a law that they assert will solve every single problem. The right wing sound chamber echoes the assertion. And then the Senate doesn't pass it. Those damned dems, screwing the American people again.

I don't think it'll work- the voters sure didn't give the Dems a pass cause the GOP was the Party of NO for 2 years ! They demand results ! But WTF knows anymore. Hard to judge the expectations of an earthworm !
