I skipped dinner because I ate too much lunch. Well, at least it was one of my favorites. Mexican restaurant's grilled shrimp over rice and cheese. Super good. I've got to go get me some more Chesapeake Bay/Rappahannock River steamed crabs before the season runs out. My absolute favorite.

I can make a pretty mean smoked pork loin... use pecan shells for the smoke. We marinade it in Greek spices and Kosher salt. (kinda sacrilegious- pork and kosher salt, huh -no offense intended). When you slice into it, it has a pink ring around the outside.
