After being pet-less for 3 years, my wife finally caved on Saturday and went and got one of the kittens from my daughter. She's about 8 weeks old, the runt, and full of piss and vinegar. If I can get her to stay still long enough, I'll try to get a picture later. This morning, she has decided that my lap is her home.
Took our 20+ yr old cat to the vet last week*. They had 2 kittens there for adoption. They are so cute and fun to watch, but then they get big and take lots of responsibility. Once Smokey is gone, we have 1 more- William - that is about 15-16. Once he's gone- no more.. we love them but they do take a toll. My wife said any other pets we get are totally outdoor animals ! After we relocate to Texas- I'm thinking a medium to large yard dog. * we're having to do 100-150 cc ID injections (back) every other day (at home) to keep her hydrated... NOT fun !! But she is looking lots better !! more pep too !
