The drop-down has my phone no. listed. Wondering if it is on my 3G phone too? This is place to choose set up as new phone.

3G phone says it is waiting for activation. I'm guessing I do not want to activate it. It also says at top of phone "No Service" which I think is correct.
I'm going to wait for some more input so I'll shut the phone off now and disconnect from iTunes/iMac.

It looks correct to me Kate. It still says your number because it is referring to your iP4.
No Service is correct. After restore all of your info is gone.
Waiting activation will never happen unless you take it to the ATT store and tell them to make this phone the active one in which case they would deactivate the iP4. You can't have 2 activated phones on one account/line.
You can browse the phone and there should be no indication of your info anywhere on it.
