The next bid was 398.00. The guy from thailand started bidding around 388.00... but there was also a guy from Italy bidding. If it wasn't for the overseas bids it would prolly have stalled around 370.00.
I have now edited my preferences so that only US buyers can bid.
Also no credit card, instant transfer only. For small obscure items CC is okay, chances of someone trying to screw you out of $20 for some old tin cookie container is pretty much non-existent, but a popular piece of electronics that goes for a few hundo, yes. There is CC fraud here too.
Don't worry about insisting on instant transfer, there's enough honest ones out there. ebay is huge.
