I was wondering about the rise in numbers of members in here, and how much of an impact we were making.
I think I put it in perspective for myself. I did a search for OSX in "all posts" and came up with 32 total, dating back to 5/19/01.
When did this forum start up?

Well, Stan's profile says he registered 5/19/01, so I think you hit the nail on the head.

Yep, it's been pretty quiet 'round these parts, too quiet actually for the last couple of months ... until Friday night.

Hey, we're glad to have the company.

The forums got off to a decent start last summer, but sort of died off for some reason towards the end of the summer/start of fall. there are a few regulars that still post, but there just weren't enough of us to stay involved... I have a feeling that we still all had another place to chat with other friends, not like 2-5 years ago when the forums were all new and we were all excited.

So, yes, its like an invasion, but its more like the Red Cross invading with supplies than the Germans invading France.

Welcome.
