All of them have many options in a very (maybe old school) Mac UI.
I use it for backing up VIDEO-TS folders, deleting unused languages, previews, etc. It's an alternative to iDVD with appealing menus and themes. I use a lot of provided templates to make cheesy slideshows and movies for the relatives, but could be refined with effort. Video CD's are great for small size content. Why use a DVD for 10 minutes of content that can fit on a CD? I've had great luck with VCD.
