I am worried when I don't see the same fields in Address Book that I have on Now X (like custom fields and category field). Will the data get lost when it passes from Now X to Address Book to my Palm Centro? I don't see the custom fields and categories that I have in Now X transfered to Address Book.
No data should be lost. The sync obviously won't pass information in fields in Now X for which no equivalent exists in Address Book, but all other information should sync correctly; it does on my system without problem.
BTW, this forum is for the older Now Up-To-Date & Contact 4/5. For questions about Now X, you'll generally get the quickest and most accurate replies if you ask up in the Now X forums.

Although AddressBook doesn't display custom fields, we do sync custom fields to The Truth for other applications that do support custom fields. Sync utilities that are able to sync custom fields to the Palm or other devices can then get that data from Now X.
