I use Missing Sync to sync with Now Contact and Now UTD. Now that I have switched to Now X, how do I sync?

Missing Sync would be your solution for Now X as well. The difference is that you will sync your Palm with iCal and Address Book and Now X will pull the information via Mac OS X Sync Services.

Regards.

Here is my specific question:

On Sunday I downloaded Now X

On Sunday I synced Now X with Ical and Address book

On Monday I edited my Palm Centro, so it is not more up to date than the iCal and Address Book

I noticed that I can sync with iCal and Address Book, but considering that it is already propogated with data from Now X, is that wise? Will I be creating duplicates? Also, will all of the fields line up? I have noticed that there are way more fields in Now X for each record than with Address Book (Category is a good example).
