Anyone have this issue? Even though the server is connected, Up-to-date is connected fine, now-contact still says looking for server. I have trouble shooted w/ the server, logged on and offline from the application,etc., but nothing seems to work. Solutions? Any leads will help.
I have experienced this since at least 3 years ago. I've spoken to support about it several times, and all we have been able to come up with is to make a backup and delete the original.
In general it's been more of an annoyance than an issue: things have kept right on syncing for extended periods (months) and then finally NUTDC will stop updating and then I go through the process of creating a new calendar/datebook and importing the events/contacts and we;re back to normal.
